Gordon Jones is the Managing Director of the Harvard Innovation Lab. Jones has 15 years of marketing and sales experience with Fortune 500, mid-sized, and startup companies in the consumer goods industry, and a history of entrepreneurial activity and academic experience mentoring up-and-coming entrepreneurs. Jones also brings a deep understanding of the world of education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and a proven commitment to mentoring the next generation of thought leaders. Since 2008, he has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Bentley University, teaching marketing to MBA and undergraduate students. Since 2007, he has worked with the Admissions Office at Harvard Business School in evaluating applicants for admission to the MBA program. He graduated from Brown University (BA) and earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jodi Goldstein is the Director of the Harvard Innovation Lab. She focuses on bridging the gap between the i-Lab and the entrepreneurial community.  Jodi brings over 15 years experience as a high-tech entrepreneur and investor with a focus on innovative consumer technologies. She has industry expertise in consumer, e-commerce, mobile, social networking, and luxury goods.   Jodi has been on the management team of several venture-backed startups including iMarket (sold to D&B), Planetall (sold to Amazon for over $100M), Send.com, Hoteluxury.com, Mobicious, and most recently was a co-founder of Drync, a mobile app for wine (a 2011 MassChallenge winner).  Jodi was also an investor at TA Associates (Venture Capital) where she specialized in retail and consumer products.  She began her career at GE in their FMP program and was a member of their Corporate Audit Staff, the internal consulting arm of GE. Jodi has an MBA from Harvard and a BS in International Business from the University of Vermont.   Jodi is an avid snowboarder, cyclist, rider and a Private Pilot.  

Neal Doyle is the Manager of Operations for the Harvard Innovation Lab. Before coming to the i-lab, Doyle managed the Harvard Kennedy School's Project on Managing the Atom. After graduating from St. Norbert College with a B.S. in Environmental Policy, he worked for several years as an environmental consultant, and later for U.S. EPA. He is a Fellow of the Property and Environment Research Center (PERC). In addition to managing his own online marketing company, Doyle is an avid golfer, and enjoys outdoor sports.

Alice Ly is the Assistant Director for Health and Sciences at the Harvard Innovation Lab.  She works with students, postdocs and fellows in all disciplines to explore different stages of innovation and entrepreneurship in the STEM and health fields through educational programming, individual advising and resources from on and off-campus. Alice comes to the i-lab with 8 years' of Student and Academic Affairs experience at Yale University supporting students and scholars pursue their academic and professional goals, her most recent position being the Associate Director for Postdoctoral Affairs. She completed her Ph.D. in Developmental Neurobiology at Yale University and her B.S. in Biological Sciences at University of California, Irvine.  Although from Canada, Alice is a poor excuse for a Canadian: she lacks proficiency in skating or curling, but makes up for it with self-deprecating humour.

Meghan O. Mahoney is Assistant Director of Social and Cultural Entrepreneurship at the i-lab. Mahoney's career has been rooted in harnessing the power of creativity, collaboration and strategy to create impactful and lasting solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. At the i-lab she oversees programming and relationships aimed at enhancing the success and impact of Harvard's social and cultural entrepreneurs. Mahoney comes to the i-lab, most recently, after working independently as a social impact strategist. Prior to her independent work, Mahoney served as Director of Programs at Northeastern University's Sport in Society, where she worked to enhance the leadership and social responsibility of the sports industry at both the grassroots and corporate levels. She continues to serve as an adjunct lecturer in NEU's undergraduate Leadership program. Mahoney began her career as an AmeriCorps*VISTA and was a recipient of the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship, through which she carried out a year-long independent, international research project on the international development of women's ice hockey. Mahoney holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA). Meghan is passionate about running, traveling, writing, bungee jumping, and crossword puzzles and she continues to lace up and take the ice whenever she can.

Kate Range is the Coordinator for Operations at i-lab, managing new initiatives for students and assisting in operations of the i-lab. Before joining the staff, Kate worked as a communications consultant in Australia and as an English teacher in Chile. She holds an ABJ in Magazine Journalism from the University of Georgia. In addition to being an avid traveler, Kate enjoys cooking, Pilates, and scuba diving.

Deborah Lyon is a Coordinator at the i-lab focused on events and program facilitation. She previously worked in events at the Greater Boston Food Bank, as a project manager for Interplay Experience Design in Seattle, Washington, and as a stage manager for numerous professional theatres in Seattle and New England. Deborah has a passion for collaborative, iterative processes and greatly enjoys working with the intelligent and creative entrepreneurs she meets every day! She holds a BA in Theatre Arts with high honors from Brandeis University. A triathlete, skier, and avid cook, she is particularly interested in startups rethinking food systems. 

Marie Chestnut is the Coordinator for the Harvard Innovation Lab Deans' Challenges. Before coming to the i-lab, Marie worked in Washington DC for the government consulting firm SAIC as a Foreign Affairs Analyst specializing in Asia/Pacific defense policy. She consulted for the Department of State, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and most recently the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Marie received her BSSc in Political Science from University of Ottawa, Canada and her MA in Asian Studies from Lund University, Sweden. In addition to her love for foreign affairs, Marie is an arts enthusiast and an avid traveler, and takes great interest in learning about and experiencing new cultures.

Vannary Sar is a Coordinator at the i-lab and when you come over to visit, you are sure to recognize her by her "Aussie" accent.  Before joining the i-lab team, Vannary worked in health policy for the Australian Federal Department of Health and Ageing and then discovered the Social Entrepreneurship space through her work at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford University and the Skoll Foundation in Palo Alto.  She holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University.  She is excited to be part of such an innovative and collaborative community and can't wait to meet you!
